INSURANCE COVERAGE
All vehicles include 100% Worry-Free Insurance covering:
• Accident Damage
• Fire
• Theft
No security deposit required
(Except selected luxury vehicle categories)
Optional Full Insurance (Zero Excess) is available at an additional cost depending on the vehicle category.
Zero Risk Insurance Does Not Cover:
• Personal belongings
• Mirrors
• Tires(if isn't repairable)
• Wheels/Rims
• Underside of the vehicle

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
To rent a vehicle, drivers must:
• Be at least 20 years old
• Hold a valid driving license for a minimum of 1 year
Vip Wheels Rentals Crete reserves the right to refuse any rental that does not meet these requirements.

TRAFFIC FINES & LIABILITY
The renter is fully responsible for:
• Traffic violations
• Parking tickets
• Police fines
• Any legal penalties during the rental period
Accident Administration Fee:
• €50 for every accident/incident regardless of fault
Additional Driver:
• €5 per day
• Must be declared before rental starts

LATE RETURN POLICY
• Up to 1 hour delay:
No charge (with prior notice)
• 1–3 hours delay:
€10 per hour
• More than 4 hours delay:
Charged as an extra rental day

FUEL POLICY
Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level provided at delivery.
If returned with less fuel:
• €15 refueling service fee
PLUS
• Cost of missing fuel
No refund is provided for extra fuel left in the vehicle.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE
24/7 roadside assistance included
In case of mechanical failure not caused by misuse or negligence:
• Replacement vehicle provided within 24 hours
(subject to availability)
Flight Delays:
No extra charge
Flights monitored live
Keys:
• Lost, damaged, or locked-in keys are fully charged to the renter
Tyres:
• Non-repairable tyre damage is not covered
• Repairable tyre damage can be reimbursed with a valid receipt

Available Locations:
• Heraklion Airport
• Heraklion Port
After-hours service (20:30 – 09:00):
• Extra charge: €15
Free delivery & collection for rentals over 15 days.

VEHICLE USE RESTRICTIONS
Vehicles are allowed ONLY within Crete island.
Leaving the island automatically voids all insurance coverage.
STRICTLY PROHIBITED:
• Off-road driving
• Dangerous driving
• Racing or drifting
• Vehicle misuse or abuse
Penalties:
• €100 off-road violation fee
• €50–€150 cleaning fee depending on condition

INSURANCE BECOMES INVALID IF:
• Driving under alcohol or drugs
• Reckless or dangerous driving
• Unauthorized drivers use the vehicle
• Driver has no valid license
• Off-road driving occurs
• Mechanical abuse or intentional damage occurs
